寿司シェフだと、おそらく切り方が間違ってるとご指摘を受けそうですが、冷凍の本マグロが口の中でとろけました。

冷凍穴子も解凍して美味しくいただきました。

 

JAL HAPALUA MARATHON 2026 ハパルアマラソン

彼が２０１８年から参加しているハーフマラソン。

今年もマイクと参加。

スタートラインにオハナファミリーのナンシー＆ジェイミー夫妻がボランティアでいます。

残念ながら今年は自宅前でリタイア〜。参加しようと申し込んで、大雨の中ゼッケンを取りに行って、早朝スタート地点に行って、５マイル走ったことに意義がある！お疲れ様でした〜
